- Refunds are only available for unworn merchandise within 30 days. Past 30 days, an exchange or store credit will be given.
- Worn merchandise returns (within 30 days) will be evaluated by our associates on a case by case basis. If the worn return is granted an exchange or store credit will be given.
- Defect inquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase and will be evaluated by an associate for an exchange or store credit.
- Clearance items may be exchanged or given store credit within 30 days.
- Proof of purchase must be provided in order for a return to be granted. Store credit maybe given without a receipt or account to show proof of purchase.
- In certain situations, a return cannot be granted.
